Standard delivery in approximately 5-7 working days. Bank holidays & Christmas/New Year delivery times may be longer

Ambient goods will ONLY be dispatched to addresses within the UK & Ireland.
Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price. Every product on this site is delivered by our standard service to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Ireland) 

Free nationwide delivery is available for orders over £40. Orders under £40 or over 10kg will be charged a delivery fee.

Items will be sent in 2-4 working days, longer if the product is out of stock or a pre-order item. We do our best to keep inventory accurate, if a product is out of stock we will contact you to give options.

Frozen products, live foods & bulky items will not be shipped. These products are currently only available for local delivery or collection in-store.
