Dried mealworms are a high calorie, high protein treat that will be enjoyed by a variety of wild birds, especially Robins and Blackbirds.

Soak the mealworms in water overnight to make an extra special, juicy treat for the birds visiting your garden. An added bonus to these tasty treats is that they can be kept in storage for longer than the live varieties.

For your frequent feathered visitors, simply add the mealworms to your regular feeding station. To attract new birds to your garden, we recommend siting a second feeder near where you’ve seen them perch. This gives them a chance to get used to taking their insects from you.
